The best way to enjoy nature and exercise at the same time is to go on hikes or walks or any type of adventure where ever you live. This is a great way to get exposed to Vitamin D where the sun is your greatest source. A lot of people in Arizona have Vitamin D deficiencies because it is hot outside therefore people never go outside during the summer. Hiking or exploring nature is a great way to breathe in fresh air with fresh oxygen from the trees. Walking and hiking helps build up your cardiovascular system making your lungs and heart stronger. This is key to living a long and healthy life because your body and most vital organs work very well if one exercises consistently every week.

In the first video, I am performing a classical piano piece by Beethoven. It is one of his most famous work of art. It is a beautiful song and quite lengthy. It took me 4 months to learn, practicing about an hour each day. In order to master it so I could perform on stage, I spent the last 2 weeks practicing 5-8 hours everyday. It was a lot of hard work but well worth it. I trained in classical piano for 8 years and now I play for pleasure. I like to refer to it as the exercise of your mind. Mind exercise is great because it’s when you learn something new and make new connections in your brain. It is another way to learn besides just reading. It is important that we exercise both our mind AND our body. That’s why I’m the pictures you see a physique that has taken years to develop. Muscle growth is a slow and timely process but well worth it. Exercise is great for the heart, joints, bones, and even brain. People who exercise actually have more energy than those who do not. They also have decreased risk for health issues and certain diseases. Make sure you go outside and get some fresh air today. Taking the dog for a walk or playing a sport you enjoy are great ways to exercise and have fun doing it. Thanks for listening to my blog! Remember to exercise, exercise, and exercise!

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.
Why do this?
The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.
To help you get started, here are a few questions:
You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.
Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.
When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
