In the first video, I am performing a classical piano piece by Beethoven. It is one of his most famous work of art. It is a beautiful song and quite lengthy. It took me 4 months to learn, practicing about an hour each day. In order to master it so I could perform on stage, I spent the last 2 weeks practicing 5-8 hours everyday. It was a lot of hard work but well worth it. I trained in classical piano for 8 years and now I play for pleasure. I like to refer to it as the exercise of your mind. Mind exercise is great because it’s when you learn something new and make new connections in your brain. It is another way to learn besides just reading. It is important that we exercise both our mind AND our body. That’s why I’m the pictures you see a physique that has taken years to develop. Muscle growth is a slow and timely process but well worth it. Exercise is great for the heart, joints, bones, and even brain. People who exercise actually have more energy than those who do not. They also have decreased risk for health issues and certain diseases. Make sure you go outside and get some fresh air today.
